Rule - how about another example where company A buys an existing company with an established grow facility and 20000 customers along with reported revenue? If the amount of shares grow and simultaneously the company's revenues and assets grow nothing was diluted. And if the company A management was able to use cash to purchase open market shares of company B before the acquisition the company A shareholders might be getting a nice bang for their buck because it took less shares issued to acquire due to company A already owning some of company B. Help me sort this out, when I googled the above it returns this: Investment Banking Interview Questions Flashcards | Quizlet IMO GLTA
