sorry just catching up here...all that talk about the convertible note is none-sense imo. that is a very common short term funding strategy for both the investor and the company. my good friend works for a company, CPWR, and they looked at and had many many offers structured the exact same way with similar interest rates, and conversion rates/discounts (if not paid off pre maturity). they didn't move forward with the convertible note because they were able to raise it privately with individuals through their own note, but that should be of zero concern to SIGO investors...at least imho it's of zero concern to me...can't wait to see the harvest and what this company does over the coming months....long long long $SIGO!!!
