ERHC has been trading on the Pink tier at OTC Markets for almost three years now. They are currently classified as Pink-No Information (i.e. Stop Sign) for their lack of disclosure. SEC reporting companies can remain at the Pink-No Information level for years without filing. For example Arrow Resources Development (ARWD) that has not filed a Q or K since 2013.

While I believe all or most of the major brokerages allow trading of OTC Pink stocks, to your point, some will not allow trading of No Information stocks.
