Will ERHC decide to go dark if they miss the next filing deadline on February 14th? That will mark the 6 month mark with no financials.

By going dark ERHC would no longer be required to file financial statements with the SEC but would be allowed to trade on the pink sheets. It would limit the liquidity of ERHC since some brokers won't do these pinky trades. It also limits the info investors have about the company. Not too different than now since we are already getting zero info.

We may be getting close to the 3 strikes and you are out rule too. 3 late filings in a 24 month period will get you kicked out of the OTCBB too. Not sure how many ERHC has.
