Combined they own 77.4% of the company. Yes they do have controlling interest.

I’m not sure who the current major shareholders are. It’s kind of nice for the major shareholder and directors to offer $0.00125 a share and value the company at $125,000. Night Culture purchased Full Access in fiscal year 2014 for $590,000. Shouldn’t NGHT worth minimum $590,000? No Value for Dallas Venue. No Value for Houston Venue. No value for 2 festivals.

After RS only 50 shares remaining. Will be nice to know the final out come. Full Access owner received $300K cash plus $290K in shares.

Where did the valuation of $125,000 came from? To the future shareholders of NGHT,Party hard!
