C'mon Sid, you know that nobody would want this Co. if they read the 10k that Regen just put out. Everyone will know that a GIGANTIC liability hangs over them because of the MASSIVE loan they made to Koos. Who is going to pay off that STUPID $227.00 loan (plus %15 interest). There just wouldn't be enough money left over to grow the business, and you know that's all he really wants (wink,wink).
