We hit bottom and now it's that time to slam LIBE to keep stock price from moving up. Bid is moving higher off the bottom. It time to move Libe from sub-penny copper to Nickel or Silver. As we all know, 99% of ALL penny stocks are Worthless. THEY STILL MAKE HUGE MOVES UP! Just like LIBE will make a 10x run up once News comes out. JMO
