IMO...The Wamu bankruptcy saga was rigged long before the seizure on September 25, 2008.

The big players are still controlling the chess pieces, and they always will.

We, as a Escrow Marker Sharehilders, are very lucky to be riding on the coat tails of the big boys who have conspired and concocted this whole saga. I don't know exactly when we will reap the benefits of this scheme, but IMO, I believe we are closer to seeing the light at the end of the tunnel by virtue of the DB settlement.
