Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Nora Barry Fischer: Motion Hearing/Oral Argument held on 2/6/18 with respect to Defendant Innovative Designs, Inc.'s ("IDI") motion to disqualify Plaintiff Federal Trade Commission's ("FTC") expert 65 . The FTC ordered preparation of the transcript. IDI will submit supplemental excerpts from Stuart Ruis's deposition on or before 2/9/18. The FTC's response to IDI's supplemental submission, if any, is due 2/16/18. The Court stayed all expert deadlines set forth in its 11/21/17 60 , pending resolution of IDI's pending motion. The parties were instructed to contact the law clerk if they would like the case to be referred to a United States Magistrate Judge for a settlement conference. Note that the judge has STAYED all expert deadlines set forth on 11/21/17

That means that the only dates involved here end Friday after next

Also the recommendation of a Magistrate to help settle this is a great development

I have talked with several people, and all of them believe we are within 2-3 weeks of this case being over in favor of IVDN
