In a reverse merger the company has to send out an informational statement to shareholders of Andiamo who own shares as of a certain date which gives details of the merger . Has that happened yet? That's just one thing to look for from the company. There are filings like 14-F , Pre 14-Cs Form , 3s SC 13 Ds. Without going into all this I don't see anything out there . Perhaps they are trying to get a 3rd party valuatuion of both companies value to help determine how the share exchange agreement will look and how many shares the new guys will get which I would think would be in the billions. Expect the possibility of a Reverse Split ( even though they said they aren't looking to ) for many reasons it would be good for the company taking account where things stand today such as O/S count , very low share price equals low visibility when a company is a penny stock when you want the big market brokerages and big investors attention . Higher price, fewer shares outstanding ,manufacturing partner giving confidence to getting revenue from early phone sales in the future to help cover burn rate and also internal funding that's non toxic. How much will it cost to scale up the product and what will early market prices be for the phone on a smaller scale than its competitors . Who manufactures the phones and what is the cost to work with partners to do that and how are manufacturing funds raised. Lots of questions and I'm just watching to see how it plays out as I don't own any stock but hope you do well. There would have to be a much lower stock price now( if buying before an anticipated reverse split ) and share exchange agreement ,R/S , low float , non toxic debt and have a lot of numbers involving several things and many needed to see filings done before this would be a buy .They said they could have 100 million dollars in revenue the last half of 2018 but I would own it on that need many other things to even think about entering in.
