Once set up for continuous harvesting and an average amount per bay is known then up it goes to adjust for that revenue. Seeing they set the date for the tour for March 08th I assume they plan to have it all set up by then before the tour. And this is not far away. The bonus of additional revenue from other products utilizing the rest of the plant will take a little longer to know but should add a lot extra to the revenue.
