Call 325-677-3545. That is the Rrc 7b district office and ask them if you can drill a well less than 1000' in shacklefod county and cement to surface without having to set surface. Pretty much everything drilled in the area now has cement circulated to surface now. And I drill large diameter hole and run 8" thru 16" casing. I am not part of CEGX so I do not have to lie or BS anybody.
