There is a very good chance of it

Judge opening hearing in about an hour and a half in Pittsburgh to hear oral arguments as to whether the "expert" witness for the FTC will be disqualified or not.

If the FTC has no expert witness, and they have absolutely NO other evidence against IVDN, they might either end their pursuit of this case, or the judge might dismiss it out of hand.

I expect IVDN to begin getting orders for Insultex in the days and weeks following the end of this case.

We have already discussed the impact of the end of this case on the value of IVDN's intellectual property.

With the broad markets down, people will be looking for small companies with big news to invest in

The results could be explosive
