Good post Steve - thank you.
I, like you, have certain talents, but much to learn.
I am currently involved in numerous projects, some philanthropic, some modest in terms of potential reward to me and my family and the largest, involving the energy sector, the Mergers & Acquisition space and a potential price tag of north of $1 Billion, should a transaction be completed. My share of the proceeds of any transaction is double-figures. I modestly consider myself a somewhat 'savvy investor' as you put it and own directly and indirectly a number of shares of BIEL, like you.

Beyond that, Andrew Whelan has so far done the impossible in my opinion. He has survived 10 or more years on the regulatory journey; got ActiPatch into more than 50 countries through Distributors; improved the USPTO patent strength along the way; developed new products; OTC cleared in the UK and into >3,000 retail pharmacies and websites; FDA OTC cleared for foot and knee pain; working on OTC Back and general clearances with a now much more willing FDA; brought on a pistol as his new VP Sales & Marketing; recently received NHS - UK National Health Service Tariff inclusion for Physician / Patient reimbursement; to name a few of the significant accomplishments of this gritty ex-Marine who refused to quit, when most would have and all with virtually no money!

Am I tooting Whelan's horn? Not a bit. The learning curve has been longer than necessary in some instances, BIEL has unnecessarily alienated some in others, it's taken a long time, but all similar journeys do. But it remains an incredible stream of successes and I believe those will continue. I hope I have adequately answered your questions with my opinions. Anymore than that on BIEL's continuing mission, its tactics, tasking and negotiations, I am not prepared to contribute here on a charitable basis, other than to say, again, in my opinion, the potential is in the billions of dollars. If the Birds can beat the Pats, as they did yesterday, then BIEL is a walk in the park . . . . therefor, I say soon . . . .
