(OTCBB:DRWN) Quantum Medical Transport, Inc. is pleased to announce it has released its $50 Million ICO (Initial Coin Offering) Private Placement Prospectus to raise capital for growth, debt restructuring, stock repurchase and acquisitions. The company plans to launch its Pre-ICO offering via the Ambisafe Etheruem Platform.
