COWI. A SHARE SELLING SCHEME.

Here are the last significant events for COWI. Lloyd has nad over a year now to get the move into Shipping off the ground. Instead, he's taken down the web site and he's deregistered the internet domain for this new so-called "company."

In addition, in case anyone missed it, Lloyd has also deregistered the ticket COWI. This is a classic move. By itself, it means they've likely no money to pay for the continued costs of filing. But then there was the announcement of moving into the shipping industry. How? COWI has no money.

If you believe COWI has money, then you have to come up with a different reason for the deregistration. That would likely be because COWI doesn't want to have to make their financial debacle public.

However, when you take into account all of this, the Form 15, the loss of the website, the loss of the domain name., it becomes clear there is no legit business plan. All COWI has ever been, as a public company, is a share selling scheme to enrich Lloyd.
