Which round of harvest is Mark speaking of as it can't be of 1st their grow? They have to be in minimum 2nd to 3rd ground of grow as if they aren't this proves they are just as inefficient in growing MJ as they are running a revenue generating company. What does it matter anyway, as they can't sell any of the product their growing til they receive their cultivation permit to sell product they grow.
