I have nothing but unanswered questions here.

Turing was getting Liquidmorphium/Liquidmetal from somewhere, right?

Perhaps they purchased alot of machines betting on a manufacturing contract that was delayed?
Maybe the manufacturer (ENGEL?) of the machines wanted payment?
Maybe the b/k was just to buy some time?

I have been following Turing for a long time suspecting Li was forcing APPLE's hand with these new phones. Something is up and I may not be to far wrong... in my opinion.
