Sportsman is right Mr Gates knows as much as Hodges. Mr gates knows as much as anyone who has the JEFF records as it proves the brokers made deals to cover their naked shorts. Gates has told very reliable shareholders the brokers paid.

When you get this information that phxgold presented you have to sign a nda. Bill Frizzell got this information in May 2005, since then he’s hidden the brokers names from the JEFF letter even lying about knowing their names at all. The exact same thing for phxgold he was brought in and signed and nda. Same thing for all ceos of cmkm.

The exact same thing for Gates, he found out this information then became stuck like the rest. His report could have easily come out in two weeks if it was just a fraud, if it was a sting he couldn’t put the report out.
