Thanks for the reply. So John is excellent and very prompt in replying back. He stated that the drilling permit application approval takes up to 6 months however with very low activity at the BOEM it could be sooner. He also mentioned that any share restructuring would only take place in conjunction with up listing. I personally went on the boem website but couldn't dig out any apps on gulf slope. With regards to share flow, I'm really surprised that you think most of the shares are being tightly held. Total share count is 730 million with less then 40% being held by insiders which leave over 400 million shares in public hands, which is a very big number. With that said when this isn't shorted asks are very thin.
