Thank you for your reply; I meant to say after the filing. That was kind of you to give all the information. I wonder how often a company offers to buy back shares directly from its shareholders who own large sums. I suppose that would mean something positive; maybe they use the shares to pay for lawyers, etc. If that were the case, I would suppose that the pps would stay at lows until after everything is finalized. Have you ever heard of any companies doing this?
