Show proof please, that Stella Sung invested $180,000 into Tauriga (via private placement in 2014)

Please show us some proof!!!!!

Because that NEVER happened.

OMG...REALLY? It is amazing what a little DD can reveal! The following was copied directly from the SEC Form 4 filed by Stella Sung on October 7, 2014.

(1) The 1,440,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001, purchased by Reporting Person and reported on this Form 4 were purchased in a private placement on October 7, 2014 pursuant to Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). All such shares will be "restricted securities" assuch term is defined in the Securities Act.

Yes...the "reporting person" was then CEO Stella Sung! FYI...Seth Shaw was the VP of Strategic Development when this Private Placement occurred! If now CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw is supplying the errant information, it would be best he re-check his Company's SEC filings! Of course common DD has proven to be a huge challenge for CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw!
