It can be confirmed by reaching out to the CEO, or as I stated it will also be in the 2017 filings due eom to get current (per ceo). This disproves your get current to r/s theory.

The options are over 5 years but the shares are restricted. Until revenues come in there are limited choices to pay for operations. The CEO has funded until now, issuing restricted shares is no concern to me with the revenues that will come in on any partnership.
