Just a demurrer hearing? This isn’t going to be GREAT!! To me, the demurrer is the defendants admission of guilt because all a demurrer is is not stating defendants aren’t guilty but that the plaintiff is not stating their case factually which is a huge joke. The defendants are the alleged, the plaintiffs can’t claim in a matter of fact because it hasn’t been proven in court yet. This demurrer is just a BULLSEYE to me saying the defendants are admitting guilt by the very nature of the demurrer. I could be wrong but that’s how it looks to me. Wonder how Judge/Jury will view it. And then when/if it’s denied, MYDX just has to state it’s case for Judge/Jury to reach a verdict, badabingbadaboom.
