Well you're right, this isn't huge news. This is what we all knew was coming and a minor sell off after that is common.
I have seen big news drop a stock however, a few times, big buying for first hour followed by actual giant dump. It's OTC 101, sell the news.
I for one am glad this isn't the big news yet...
