Wait...WHAT?
For the last two weeks or so, someone is planting a huge wall on the Ask. 14+ million shares. My guess would be that they place it as "All or None," so unless someone shows up with close to $100,000 the order will never be filled. It'll just sit there, and cause the ticker to stagnate indefinitely.
Any "drops" that we've seen have been big drops on very low volume as someone (my guess...the same or a related party) places a couple of sell orders that actually CAN be filled. Probably hoping that someone else will get fed up, sell out, drive the entire bid down, and allow the wall to be moved a little farther south. After 15 minutes, it evens out and spends the rest of the day with almost no activity.
Just my opinion.
