Place your bets. I'll bet it_is_Posco_that_buys_the_off_take_agreement_in_April.
Posco is a huge very successful and very wealthy South Korean steelmaker on the leading edge of electric vehicle development with solid well-established interests in lithium production/refinement Click here.

Posco and Samsung SDI are married and currently bidding (as one of the six major bidders) on the Corfo 25% lithium off-take from the Atacama region (SQM & Albemarle) in Chile which should be decided any day now Click here for Corfo story.

Posco cemented its link to a Cobalt source click here with a contract to Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt a few days ago.

Soooooo... the only resource Posco needs next is just the purest largest flake graphite source in the world in order to properly service Samsung's newly revised ultra high(er) quality standards in battery making plus permanently lock in its ever-increasing role with many of the South Korean/China electric vehicle manufacturers.

Lithium + cobalt + GraphiteSuperFlake® = Superior batteries.
I think Posco is the new buyer of Nextsource graphite waiting over there in the wings only just to see the mining permit in hand... then pounce.
