So you're saying that a CEO, in a PR, can state 2.5 billion shares are cancelled. Pump up that fact while at the identical time selling free trading shares to "someone" at a 50 percent discount, and yet his statements mean nothing because he didn't file yet? Until they are cancelled through the SOS he cannot say they were cancelled. Yet he did. Why is that so difficult to understand?

Just like he said choiceadz was going to make 1.8 million last year after being " already profitable" total bs.

Just like he said DRNK was going to change names to imbutek. hell, even the phone number answering machine says thanks for calling imbutek, yet he was full of it then too. Other than finally reducing the 40 billion AS, not one aspect of any PR mersky put out ever happened. Amazing he could be so wrong so many times with zero foresight all the while diluting OS to 9.2+ billion shares.
