I just noticed Blackrock has been busy buying into some beaten down stocks and they are coming in hard on several I own.

Taking a 5.6% position in CLNE is interesting.

That's a big position.

I would like to understand Blackrock and their investment philosophy and see how CLNE fits into that. Maybe the answer is in where those shares sit?
