Here is what T/A is dealing with

THE APO DIVIDEND
THE RESTRICTED SHARE DIVIDEND
THE JPHC SHARE EXCHANGE TO PAIV
THE R/S
THE ROUND UP SHARES

AN ESTIMATED 300 MILLION SHORT POSISTION CAUSED BY THE BROKERAGES. The Brokerages not cooperateing and WHY? What are they hideing.
Some have a short memory on what caused this situation, remember May 22, 2006 the Illegal Flood of Restricted PAIV Shares by the Brokerage Firms.
That is where you complaint should be.
The T/A IMO is working for us shareholders not the Brokerages.
Check my previous posts for particulars in filing a SEC Complaint.
Now IMO I would do a SEC Complaint everyweek on the Brokerage Firm you think is involved in this fiascal.

Dont know if this has happened before , not haveing enough shares to pay everyone . what upsets me the most is that the co pavis is not making this public . I told the ta if something doesnt happen soon he could have over 1000 complaints filed with the sec . not good for him or the co
