Dear Mike,

I hope the company releases the news premarket when sales deals/agreements are official. It will give the market adequate time to adjust/gap up the price to reflect the value of the deal(s). The pricing will be better for those already invested and any broker/client short $ANDI will be absolutely roasted.

I also find it highly tasteful and characteristic of big board companies to release such substantial news premarket as a sign of respect for all market participants to have the information (news) before the opening bell. This gives everyone one last chance to think about what their investment may actually be worth.
