It's a firm that from what I can tell deals mostly with pinks and smaller cap companies.

I could be wrong. I mean they aren't Deloitte or anything.

But firing them and going with another firm may not be advantageous depending on the need for continual audits, if necessary. And obviously this late in the audit process they'll be finishing it out and we just have to wait.
