Absolutely! You know the reason the share count increase wasn't done at the ASM is because Linda wants to drop the good news without those additional shares in the marketplace. Everyone holding the preferred and associated warrants knows that the share price will be significantly higher when they are converted. And for people like me holding 3 million shares, they won't be getting any of mine when the news hits. I know there are many others here with significant numbers of shares who have been holding for the long-term gains that this stock will achieve and won't be selling any time soon.
