I'd say that is a very good possibility by looking at MR Val's background.

Probably involves more than one other company as well.
AMPG has had acquisition targets for some time which I have identified 2 of them. I won't name them since I don't know if the CEO wants it out there but its not too hard to figure out if you dig deep enough.
