Damaj bundles his limited resources for the important platforms. BBB is not one of them for good reason.

The ratings on BBB have no statistical validity. It would be ridiculous to infer from these ratings that 9/10 customers file complaints.
INNV would have long been gone without proper customer service and order fulfillment. You know it. I know it.
