Well, as you may not be aware these things happen all of the time. A stagnant, or dormant "Shell" is just that, sitting dormant. RMDM is just this, and a perfect vehicle to the public market for a private company looking to merge in. This is a more cost efficient, less hurdles and a ton easier than a standardized IPO or other method in going public on the US stock exchange. RMDM is simply that link between Agro's private sector and their boom onto the public scene. A lot of foreign/INT'L companies take this route, solely for the reasons listed above.

We will have to wait and see, but all the signs point to big things are taking over this dead shell. Soon to wake the beast! IMHO.....
