this is borderline criminal on a number of levels.

I completely agree, Sullivan has been a fraudster from the beginning. Since I had/have no monetary involvement, I could be open-minded - but with every step there were additional red flags. And the false claims of patents, Nasdaq listing, $17 projected pps, etc. didn’t help with any conclusion other than GTRQ was/is a scam.

Was the person who contacted you Mark Cullivan? He’s the current CEO of GTRQ, although Sullivan still sits on the board.

I wasn’t aware of the creditors lawsuit regarding the ARCI buyout - It’ll be interesting to see how that plays out.
