His Patent Application.
He went "dark" on me after I asked him some hard questions as to why it could not be found on the US Patent Site. He essentially gave me a vague answer that it was due to "legal" reasons. I all but wanted to call him a liar at that point. He ended up having some new hire that tried to contact me via email on the project I was working on and I kind of asked the same questions and this guy didn't have a clue... but this forum pretty much confirmed my assumptions of Gregg Sullivan's character. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out. ARCI is trading at or below $1.00 and is in trouble itself and could be delisted from the NASDAQ. There also is a Law Suit that was filed by some of ARCI's own Creditors concerning this buyout. In a way though this is borderline criminal on a number of levels.
