New Offering

I was reading the released prospectus quickly, I think the new offering is going to be for only 16 - 17million shares @ closing $4.27

From prospectus —- new total will be around 365 million, from previously 348 million —- proceeds of around $72million

The number of ordinary shares to be outstanding after this offering is based on 270,877,229 ordinary shares outstanding on September 30, 2017 and excludes as of that date:

• 23,631,444 ADSs, each ADS representing one ordinary share, issuable upon exercise of outstanding options, at a weighted average exercise price of $3.26 per share, issuable under our 2002 Stock Option Plan and 2011 Stock Incentive Plan, or the Plans, and other equity incentive plans;

• 11,887,491 ADSs, each ADS representing one ordinary share, reserved for issuance in connection with restricted stock units issued under our Plans;

• 17,768,496 ADSs, each ADS representing one ordinary share, available for grant under our 2011 Stock Incentive Plan;

• 7,716,048 ADSs, each ADS representing one ordinary share, currently issuable upon the conversion of our outstanding 3.5% January 2017 exchangeable senior notes due 2047 in the aggregate principal amount of $30.0 million; and

• 32,818,464 ADSs, each ADS representing one ordinary share, currently issuable upon the consolidation and redesignation of 328,184,640 outstanding Series A Preference Shares into ordinary shares at a ratio of 10 preference shares for 1 ordinary share.
