Lets look at the CATALYSTS coming up...

1. Ticker name change - Suppose to occur in Early February as mentioned by CEO.

2. Announcement of distributors/contracts after the CES event held in Las Vegas nearly 3 weeks ago. CEO has stated that lawyers are in the final review process and that there are multiple announcements to be made from attending this event.

3. Mobile World Congress - Held in Barcelona, Spain from February 26 through March 1st.

4. Multiple emails from CEO stating that he has big announcements (PLURAL) to be made including a possible share reduction/buy back.
