The debt is mere 3 million I think which can be sorted out once big production and distribution starts.... I as a shareholder giving Merskey time before I will step in and just take over the formula for NOHO. I can pay whole company debt directly to noteholders in exchange fr noho formula if needed.

Distribution is not the problem as contact info is available. Its just matter of product of product production.
You can post but please don't be so sure of anything. The issue is not as big as it sounds.....

Even I dont have to single handedly. Big shareholders will be ready to increase there positions if NOHO PRODUCTION starts. We THE BIG SHAREHOLDERS HAVEN'T STARTED USING OUR FINANCIAL STRENGTH YET, Merskey has a free hand to do what he wants... I am personally very interested in that noho formula.

You can continue talking negative about NOHO and Merskey but please keep in mind its not a big amount at all. Convertible notes of 100 million DOLLARS can also be given if the product is promising....
