All highly suspicious.....we get a 500,000 share DUMP that dropped the PPS over 7% almost at the open , and now here we are at 23 cents again. No, this was manipulation....by whom? Why? Was it a chance to get the PPS down to 23, where "someones" have said that's where they want the buy in price?

One block of 100,000 shares sailed through without being broken up.

Does that mean good news coming and some "whales" want in??

Cramer gave great examples of how he manipulated stock prices to get the price he wanted for his HEDGE FUND...and yes, HEDGE FUNDS can buy into penny stocks....they are PRIVATE concerns....
not regulated....

The idea that someone got so nervous they put a 500,000 sell order in, well, they also lost thousands because it dropped the price over 7%.
