Well SnL has retail sales, distribution, self game publishing, etc.

And the end of the day, they are both attempting to capitalize on their respective supply chains. The more synergy the entirety they have, the higher revenue and profit generated.

I can certainly say it is about average transaction costs per hour. Starbucks will have many more frequent transactions but a smaller average per transaction. SnL will have less frequent but higher average.

SnL will also not cannibalize its customer base either as the territories are larger, where as there is a Starbuck on every corn, and inside many markets, etc.
