I'd have to disagree that this is a baby stock, late starter. There are companies with a higher market cap that are still trying to get licenses. I can't figure out why the PPS has not tripled like others, but this is an established company and is making moves and already has major income coming in.

I have a gut feeling this is all being setup for a Canopy buyout.
