ELA - none of those are the price, IMO.

The deal is still cloaked, but those figures may be related to previous transaction regulatory fees on the licenses that were controlled by the FCC. The FCC has to get a cut of the action - so they ginned up 20% of something for themselves, so they can be 'Serving the Public Interest', IMO.

The deal i$ much bigger.
