"NEAH needs to get on with the business of doing business. "
Bill, how will a NEAH shareholder ever know if NEAH is doing business???
NEAH is a non-SEC reporting pink sheet company. Pink sheet companies are considered junk stocks (not respectable companies) by regular investors because they are not required to make public disclosures and are not regulated. Amendments should be filed with the NV SOS when changes in company officers or corporate actions occur, but it is not even uncommon for penny stocks to wait and just include the changes when the next annual report is due to the SOS. Most of these pink sheet tickers are cash poor, so they will avoid even the nominal cost of an SOS filing when they can.
