IMHO it is bloated. Just what's on otcmarkets is this:

At 0002 the MV is 1.8 million right. Also another big red flag is
the AS is almost equal to the OS, not good. They will probably be
raising the AS soon and/or RS.
This is one where you can get stuck easily and never be able to
get out profitably. I have not seen the Ask size during normal hours
but I'm sure it is way up there like 250 million or so at 0002.
It would also be difficult to buy at 0001 and sell at 0002, that's
just part of the stuck dream.
Stay away from things like that, and also the posting activity is
very, very low meaning no interest; that's another red flag.
For it to move, maybe to 0005 at best, it needs billions in volume
per day and a really good 'story'.
