our BOD, also stakeholders, have a fiduciary duty to work to build value. it's not beneficial to them or anyone for that matter, to not grow the entity. imo it would be insane for them to try to further victimize shareholders who released, and emerged from bankruptcy with a stake in a brand new company with the majority of original shareholders still here and don't appear to be selling their shares in any great numbers.
