Twitter is a public forum, and any impatience from our part will be able to be seen by third parties who may or may not have the best interests of the company, or its shareholders at heart.
If you really want to let him know how you feel, a private email would be a better choice, IMO.
And I agree with Mountain Man as well, any communication should be sent ALWAYS to our CEO and NEVER to a third party.
