I agree. Leave the guy alone. People have called vendors, OTC Markets, emailed him etc. I'd be pissed if I were him with everyone doubting his word. If nothing happens by end of day on the 31st, then reach out. He gave us a date. Give the guy some space. If you want transparency and information going forward, this is not how to get it. Maybe I'm the only one that feels this way, who knows.
